Yoast should hit facebook meta tags and twitter cards just fine - and try the Raven plugin for schema http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/schema-creator/

Hey excellent post buddy... for Authorship Meta snippet I have question like below
Can I use Authorship Markup like<link g+="" here]“="" href="”https://plus.google.com/[YOUR" personal="" profile="" rel="”author”"> for my website product pages? or i can only use for blog post and blog section only.

Although, short answer is use rel author on blog posts/articles only - so actual pieces of content you're written.
