Too be completely honest, and with all due respect, those designs are cool but they don't look very user-friendly.  They are the types of agencies that get all their sales from word of mouth and high-paid sales execs, not leads generated by their website.  They have very impressive clientele.  Cool design? Yes! Great for lead gen? Meh.

The leads typically submitted via a site's contact form for an agency at this end of the market would not be desirable anyway. Site's are generally proof of concept in ability, whether its design or UX (I agree some of those are poor in terms of UX).

Our agency site (http://www.firstclickconsulting.com.au) did not make the list, but our site is designed to be an example of best practice that we can point client's towards, E.g. meta, page speed, author markup, responsive design etc
