Good sum up. However I disagree with Jason Acidre's point. I don't see why large companies should invest in developing their own analytics solutions, as ANY analytics software will show (not provided) for Google organic traffic. If the desire is customisation for business purposes, there are SOOOOOOOOOOO many things you can do with GA, if you know where to put your hands.
Daniel - exactly. However sophisticated a tool you build, Google doesn't provide the data you need to figure out (not provided) keywords with 100% accuracy.
