I really like this style of post that focuses on an evolving conversation rather than a more rigid interview format. I think this is a good way to get at some deeper ideas and truths in our work.

totally second you on that... i guess interviews are limited but this idea of "evolving conversation" kill the the QnA format and allow us to talk more deeper about different subjects!
I've talked about the idea of 'round-tables' with a few folks in recent months., It's something I very much like the thought of and reckon would work with the right contributors.
