This seems to be one of the most common / difficult concept for agencies to get customers to understand or in-house marketers to get executives to understand - especially when it comes to SEO.
SEO... and PPC as well. People don't realize account history is a part of Quality Score, which allows you to bid for keywords at a discount the higher you have it. It's like having a high domain authority - any new keyword you target, Google's going to give you a start by giving you the benefit of the doubt, based on past performances.
