I'm a bit confused here; the author seems to imply that enhanced campaigns will enable marketers to track customers across devices, whereas I read the Google announcement on the Adwords blog (http://goo.gl/vZIZy) to say that enhanced campaigns will allow you to track ROI on the adwords campaign across devices. The latter sounds more believable, the former more exciting :-)
What's your opinion on enhanced campaigns?

I agree that's what this article suggests, however, I've not seen anything in Google's official announcement to confirm that. I was wondering if anybody else has, or whether I misread either of the articles.
