Has a brand ever done such a good job with their content to the point where you just had to buy their product, even though you knew that it wasn't the very best product at the very best price? Welcome to Dollar Shave Club.
For me, this brand has proven that anyone can do content marketing like a rockstar, even when they're in a "boring" industry that doesn't necessarily seem to lend itself to humor or excitement. And I was happily surprised that they followed up their awesome web video all the way across channels to the actual product delivery experience.
What other brands out there are doing a good job at cross-channel content marketing?
Really great analysis of their branding strategy. Had seen many blog posts about the video, but none yet on the other brand touchpoints!
Dude. You took the long-form do-an-example-audit on a website style and applied it right to the consumer experience.
A "Consumer Experience Audit"? Nicely done my friend, nicely done.
