    I imagine if many of the businesses quoted got their way we would be looking at tons of duplicate content, poorly written news articles and it would take 10 times longer to find the information we need. 

    Google's 'single unified product' vision is fantastic for users and steps to create anything different would mean a massive loss of productivity for everyone.
