This kinda crap really drives me bonkers. Everything I consider going straight white or even doing a writeup to help google solve the kind of link manipulation I and others get away with... I see stuff like this and remember "oh yeah" google doesn't follow the rules... so why the heck should we follow theirs.
Yea it's really pretty ridiculous. I mean someone had to say "ooooh here's a great way to go about this" and think it was a good idea. Doesn't seem to go along with their "we're being transparent" mantra.
Like "Oh sorry you cant have analytics data on logged in users.. but hey we are going to completely ignore your privacy and collect user data whether you like it or not!" Wankers.
