    A great post - I used to respond to emails as I received them - not anymore.  Today, I check my emails once a day... it needs time on my clients and contacts' side (like you have said, they are getting used to my swift reply, even on odd hours.)

    Productivity boosted, stress level lowered. I don't lose business due to this. Nice :)
