It's very unclear what they are selling here. It *appears* they are selling sponsored posts, but only from high verified Google+ authors with high Klout scores. The content doesn't live on your site, but wherever the author puts it.

Not sure you should make their service popular on Inbound. I contacted Bill Hartzer whether he even knows that they use his profile to advertise this.
