    This is my actual response (slightly edited for privacy) to a young "marketer" who twice had spammed me via Google+, and then got indignant when I tried to help him see he was doing marketing wrong.

    "But you can tell your boss that I said if anyone should get fired, it should be him, for not training you properly."

    Well said - too right! Now it could be the case that he's been trained properly and is doing this badly of his own accord, however it could be lousy training/management that's behind it.
