I think this is an incredibly important read for all marketers, SEO or other.
One of the things I really admire about Will is his ability to understand business and to solve business problems with more of an analytical/abstract/data-driven approach.
I really love where SEO is heading now, it is moving away from "ranking driven" industry to ROI and business driven industry. SEO will be much more fun than spamming search engines.
Nice post - I clipped it into my Testing/Measuring folder in Evernote. I particularly like that he focuses on " I like running split tests, but spend a lot of time aiming for the big wins (that are easy to spot with the most rudimentary measurement) over small percentage gains gleaned from detailed analysis."
