Has anyone else noticed their snippets disappearing lately? The google testing tool is telling us that all is well, our pages are getting crawled frequently, and the query is showing snippets for our competitors, but there's just nothing for us. These are pages that used to show snippets in the past, but since getting new URLs and undergoing a rebranding, they've all disappeared.
Hey Jake I am facing same problem. I have put rich snippet code for my website and testing with Google Tool and it's shows all is fine but in SERPS rich snippet is not appearing for my website pages...
Hi both. I've only really been involved with the rel="author" side of snippets, but I've definitely seen instances where the Preview Tool doesn't reflect what happens in the SERPs. It's almost as if Google acknowledgesthe snippet, but its SERPs are the final say. I wrote more about this in this case study: http://seono.co.uk/2013/02/20/confusing-google-a-rel-author-case-study/
