Have to say, on a personal note, Ron has helped me and my business, totally volunteering his knowledge and time, more than I could ever thank him for.
He did an hour phone call with myself and my wife talking through billing, sales, retention, scheduling. He offered to do this with me at a time he knew I was facing some challenges in those areas as I was getting busier.
He'll hit me up on IM totally out of the blue every month or so to check in and see how I'm doing.
He'll look over a proposal and give me feedback.
Just one of the smartest and most generous people I've ever met. Can't thank him enough, and it makes me want to give back and help out other people whenever I can. He's not looking for a single thing in return - just wants peers and colleagues to do well.
Me too! Ron's the guy who goes out of his way to put time aside for a Skype call over work (Distilled stuff) or personal projects - just catching up this week, you can tell he really means it. I love the buzz he's building at Distilled NYC.
The IM thing is totally true, and totally awesome :)
Go Ron!
