Loved this!
This is the 3rd time (at least) that something that has nothing to do with inbound marketing has been submitted by someone at Onboardly, has been commented on by somebody else at Onboardly and has had 5 upvotes in less than an hour. The first two didn't get any higher than 5 upvotes beyond that, suggesting that it's being upvoted by colleagues/friends just to get onto the first page. In fact I'd put good money on the fact that it's the same 5 people for this submitter's last 3 articles. It's only ever 3-4 different sites being submitted, suggesting affiliates/partners/clients.
Mods - if I'm right then can we do something about it please? Spamming Inbound.org with vaguely-relevant HR articles is not what this site is about.
Seems relevant enough that it belongs here Steve. I see you submit a lot of SEOmoz content. Should I be raising a flag there as well? And maybe the submitter ONLY reads 3-4 sites. :O
On the other hand, I'm one of the few who have no association with ... pretty much anyone ... and I upvoted it because it's relevant to me right now (I just finished my own digital resume) but you're probably right - it's only about marketing myself, not about marketing a product... though I would say this particular article is relevant to marketing in general. I want people to see my new resume, I want them to come TO it, not me send it out to them all the time.
