Great interview, Nick. So genuine and direct. I'd like to see her speak at SEO conferences to help bring this perspective further into our disciplines.
Content strategy holds so much value for SEO and content marketing, but a lot of folks don't see it as being part of their jobs. We should change that!
Thank you Jonathon. That would be fantastic; her tone and descriptions are down to earth and practical - enough so that <em>any</em> business owner can connect with these ideas and derive value.
SEO's who spend the time, energy (and money) to acquire a targeted visitors but don't take into consideration the experience and expectation are leaving a lot on the table.
Please not that sheh is talking content STRATEGY not marketing. Just because many of you tend to focus on marketing does not mean it's the most important part when it comes to content.
