Client money doesn't necessarily buy you a short cut. For me the part that stood out was:

For a content piece to gain endorsements beyond trusted social friends, is, the hard part.
Yeah Paul that seems to be the problem we're facing is, how do we build trust and relationships for our clients, on their behalf?
Once you've got that, you've got a currency that you can do so much more with. I think that's how people succeed with SEO.
The greatest piece of content in the world will never succeed just sitting on a page out in cycberspace. It still comes down to real people, with real relationships and lives, who will read it, comment on it, and share it with their circle of influence. It can only be *forced* so much.
