While I've had my share of Local war stories (who hasn't?) and I appreciate knowing about another tactic, the author admits that it's effectively black-hat and I also feel like it may be mIsleading to customers/clients, even if they already have ownership and/or control of the new location. Good to know, but not sure I'll be doing it...
Agree, good for testing and knowing where the boundaries but would not personally risk it on a client's account...
