Nice list, and congrats on the follower growth!
One tool I would totally add is Buffer, but for an unorthodox reason. When you click "buffer" instead of "tweet" it automatically turns any links into bitly links. Then you can just "post" instead of schedule in the buffer. Saves a ton of time if you don't need to customize the bitly link.
