In all seriousness I really appreciate tips and tricks on how to get tasks and projects done faster/better.
Thanks Stuart. Putting your projects into boxes really helped us conceptualize what needed to get done in our marketing department and most importantly HOW that work was going to be executed.
Unpacking the boxes forces you to focus on the process and not just the goal.
