Every time I read a post from Mike it is good stuff. Totally agree that the outreach needs to start as early as possible. If you want to fail start at the alst minute.

I think you started cranking on inbound when I started getting swamped with work. I use to spend lots of time here but the past 4-5 months I've had to back off a bit. Trying to contribute more now and join the discussion.
