Chuckled quite a few times reading through this one. So much frustration among local business owners when it comes to their reviewing system. The idea that reviews can be associated with natural/organic anything is bogus. Think about ebay, amazon, and most online retailers that have product reviews. They are all solicited. They may be "real," but they are solicited. In my opinion, Google should never rely on number of reviews, or quality of reviews, if they want the results to be natural. Too easily gamed.
Well done, Mike. A great read and something that struck home as I work with a lot of SME's.
