I love that this flies in the face of traditional branding. It's a gutsy, startup-esque approach from a tech industry stalwart.
Peeps need to take a chill pill. It's only over one month - if there's any brand damage, it could only be in the short term as they test this. The long term benefits will outweigh it.
Will be interesting to see how this "A/Z" test plays out.
The new logo is nothing too fancy, While most of the companies are moving their logos to flat like Microsoft. Yahoo has added that embosed effect to the new logo
