Awesome slideshare. I had no idea Zappos adopted such a giant production team. That is awesome. They also let users create videos, which is pretty excellent: http://about.zappos.com/our-unique-culture/zappos-video-experience/ The Home Depot redesign was a huge success. I used to be a manager there and some of my old friends talked about how much buy online and pick up in store business they started getting after the new design. Pretty amazing.
