Bah... aren't we exaggerating with these kind of titles? I mean... what next? "How to make your clients feel electrocuted..." "How to make your clients piss in their pants" "How to make your clients (choose some silly word)"
Reasonable but the point is more how do you go beyond the ordinary. Call it uber delight or whatever you want. The point is to exceed expectations, consistently.
Title aside, it's a damn good read. Thanks for sharing Noah :) I was thinking about that yesterday - the art of being remarkable is to polarize people. The beauty of this post is you did it with the title. On titles, so long as we're happy presenting our titles to our mothers, I think it's okay. That's a good litmus test ;)
