How do I add "am" on to the end of title for this one?
I don't think you can edit a title once it's been posted unfortunately. One of the mods (e.g. Casey) might spot it and be able to help though.
Great work, James. It's interesting getting a Search Quality team member's perspective on these things beyond Mr Cutts. :-)
thanks, yeah I had to go out of my way to get this interview, Turning into a journalist.
Excellent article, one of the best Google Quality Rater interviews I've ever read.
thank you for the comment Gordon.
Very interesting thanks for sharing it with us
No problem timothy, happy that you liked this one.
Yes, really excellent. Thank you.
No problem Jim, thanks for the link on the SEO forum too. Regards, James.
The link is no longer working which is making me want to read the article even more!

I get redirected to "http://jamesnorquay.com/cgi-sys/suspendedpage.cgi". Has any body secured a copy?
Unfortunately no, but I might be able to recreate the interview from memory like Denzel in that movie The Book of Eli.
Grab the URL and put cache: before it :).
I expected Google to censor it like they did with the leaked documents before but it seems the information is not as valuable this time.
Website back online now, sorry we got picked up by some big sites so it was taken down. Sorry fro the downtime.
