The person in this position will be responsible for the planning and execution of organic search efforts for a large global Fortune 500s various brands in North America.

o Effective keyword research
o A proven track record of improving rankings through on and off page optimization
o The ability to juggle multiple projects
o Experience guiding developers to create more SEO friendly sites
o Knowledge in technical SEO methodology such as page construction and implementation of optimal site architecture ( information architecture ).
o The ability to perform in-depth analysis using tools to identify opportunities for improvement
o Web Analytics and reporting

Four year college degree in Marketing or equivalent.
Minimum of two years in organic and paid search marketing
Excellent multi-tasking and project coordination skills. Must be able to act independently and in a fast-paced environment.
Good interpersonal, group, verbal and written communication skills.

This individual must be able to multi-task effectively and manage projects efficiently and independently. This position will interface with other department groups and external agencies.
