Dan, thanks for the list. For keyword research, it's worth mentioning non-Google sources. You'll find Wordtracker's free keywords tool at http://www.freekeywords.wordtracker.com For content ideas, it's well worth looking at the Keywords Questions tool: http://www.freekeywords.wordtracker.com/keyword-questions The tool tells you the questions people are asking in your market. So, it's a great way of finding titles for your blog posts. And, of course, Wordtracker provides a premium keyword research tool for SEO. See http://www.wordtracker.com/find-the-best-keywords
There are heaps of free tools at Scriptalicious: http://www.scriptalicious.com/tools/ Those are just the public tools, not part of their full SEO Scripts suite.
If we talk about online SEO tools, I should recommend http://colibritool.com. We use it for few months and we can say that it looks and works pretty well. It has Google Analytics integration, keyword suggestions, conversion measurement and some more. They are not free but they have trial plan so you can test it ;)
