Here's a thought: if the linkgraph is being replaced by identity, authority, and relationships, then how should Google best protect against hacking of those factors? Or are we finally reaching the point where it's easier, more sustainable, faster, more profitable, etc. to simply build a brand rather than scam the algorithm?
