While I appreciate resources lists, indeed I've been one of the people who made them daily business in the SEO industry, just collecting mostly the stories from SEOmoz, SEO Book, SEW and SEL is not enough. I subscribe to those publications already via RSS so I don't need those pushed on me again. A proper resources list is a collection of articles you might also overlook not just the usual suspects.
Tad and I mostly agree. The post was actually written for our internal team at Apex. We don't normally have time to read everything that is published as we are often tied up with client work, so this was thrown together very quickly with very tight time constraints. In defence they were what I considered worth reading and not all of them were popular search blogs (ok maybe 90% of em) I'll keep the overlooked idea up my sleeve for next time. Thanks for the feedback :)
