Very interesting tool. How does the 10,000 keywords limit work? Is it a total, for example you have 2 keywords in your campaign and each night it pushes the 2. So the total after 3 days would be 6? Or is it if you have 10,000 keywords in your campaign and aslong as you have under 10,000 it will always be free?

It would be 2. It's based on the pull per night.
